Daniel Glass

Danny Glass is an American painter and fine artist based in New York. He holds a BFA in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design, a BA in History of Art and Architecture from Brown University, and will receive an MA in Art Business from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art in the coming winter of 2017. After graduating from the exclusive 5 Year Dual Degree Program at Brown and RISD he received a Mellon Fellowship to assist in research at the RISD Museum in the Prints, Drawings and Photographs department. He then attended two residency programs, one in Colorado at the Anderson Ranch and the other in Vermont at the Vermont Studio Center where he produced prints and paintings. Currently the artist continues to produce paintings out of his studio in Sunset Park, Brooklyn while he also works to complete his MA.
